You'll get to work with a team of talented professionals dedicated to preventing cyber threats and maintaining a secure environment.This role would suit someone who embraces variety with a combination of light tech as well as cyber risk administrative work.Key responsibilities:Assist the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Information Security Analyst (SISA) when reviewing the information security framework to ensure adequacy and continuous improvement. Assist the CIO and SISA when reviewing and updating the Information technology policies. Assist with the development of and contribute to processes and controls that ensure compliance with APRA standard CPS234. Provide input to the review of the Cyber Security Strategy and related business plan activities.Provide information security oversight and review during new Health Partners initiatives and internal projects.Coach and mentor employees to foster security awareness and foster a strong security culture within the organisation.Provide advice and guidance to employees with day to day information security queries and problems.Assist with the monitoring of information security threats. Participate in reviews of the information security controls design and operating effectiveness.Review and manage vulnerability remediation with Health Partners’ s employees and third-party suppliers.Assist with maintaining Health Partners’ Business Continuity plans. Provide assistance with developing and maintaining Health Partners cyber response plans and coordinating testing. Assist with developing information security awareness in the organisation.Keep current on emerging trends, threats, and security standards.About youYou'll be responsible for conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks. You'll also play a key role in developing and updating security protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and providing guidance to ensure compliance with regulations.But it's not just about technical skills! As an Information Security Analyst, you'll need to be a great communicator too. You'll work closely with various teams, educating them on best practices, and promoting a security-conscious culture throughout the organisation.With 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role, you'll need to be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. Knowledge of the Health Insurance industry and APRA standard CPS234 are highly regarded but not essential.So, if you're passionate about protecting valuable information, have a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect role for you.
